Shipping Cost & Time:
The shipping cost depends on the total weight of your order, destination and the shipping option of your choice. We have 2 options you might see on checkout where available and applicable:

- EMS: Expedited shipping. It takes about 10-15 days depends on country. Shipping cost is lower.
- DHL/Other Courier: Covered with our Live Arrival Guarantee. DHL/Other Courier ships out of Bangladesh and do the custom clearing, which makes it passing quicker through the customs. Shipments take about 7-10 working days for Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait etc. countries), 10-12 days for Japan and 5-7 days for Europe and Canada and USA. This option includes all possible import taxes and custom fees for all destinations, including EU countries. When using other shipping options to the EU, customs may contact the receiver to pay import taxes or custom fees. Usually DHL/Other international couriers charges very high from Bangladesh.
Refunds & Returns
Every shipment we send by DHL/ Other Courier services or EMS comes with our 100% Live Arrival Guarantee (subject to conditions below). But if your plants arrive at dead or too damaged condition to survive, as a result of any of the below issue that is out of your control, then we don’t offer any replacement:

- Wrong address and contact details of recipient – We use address and contact details of the buyer including cell number and email according to the information they provided. But if buyer accidently provided wrong delivery address or contact number for which the parcel will take more days to deliver than usual time and for this issue if plants will dead or in bad condition to survive, we don’t provide any replacement for that case. If we mistakenly provide wrong address or contact details of recipient, then we will take the responsibility.
- First delivery attempt – The shipment must be received on the first delivery attempt, or be picked up the day of the first delivery attempt. If you miss the delivery and the package is delayed a day or more because of it, we will not accept responsibility for any losses. It is your responsibility to check the tracking number for delivery, even if courier does not leave a “pink slip” notifying you they tried to deliver the package.
- Clear photo provided within 24 hours – You need to send us a clear picture or video of the full plant in issue with its name, explaining what’s going on within 24 hours upon receipt. If buyer don’t send any picture or video within 24 hours of receipt, that case we don’t provide any replacement.
- Package was shipped by DHL/Other Courier – In case you choose postal Service, Express or EMS rather than courier service which usually take long time to reach your hand, that case you accept the risk and no compensation will be issued.
- Customs Issue – Different countries have different customs rules & regulations. If your destination airport customs held the parcel or any customs problem arise, then we will take no responsibility. If ALL conditions of our guarantee are met, you will get a store credit to use on your next order. Any paid shipping costs or costs for phytosanitary certificates are NOT refundable.
We do not accept any returns.
Orders and Tracking Info
All orders & order updates will be communicated to through email address that used for ordering. Please check even your spam folder. You will get the tracking info once the order is shipped.
Order Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel their orders up to at least 24 hours after the order. An administrative fee of 20USD is to be hold in case of cancellation, plus the transaction fee taken by the payment processor, which is currently from 3% to 4% of the order’s total.
