To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Given that Agri Aqua Bd products are perishable and they are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.
  • In the unlikely event that your plants/parcel arrive in damaged or very poor condition, you should email/WhatsApp us a photo of the damaged product with the Invoice within 48 hours of receiving your order. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
