Usually, we don't provide any bill/Cash Memo for online order. If you interested to get the bill/Cash Memo then please inform us while ordering online. Then we will send bill/memo scanned copy through email and hard copy with the product inside the box.
We only take return/refund money when a customer received a product in very poor condition or the product damaged/rot in transit. Please read our "Return Policy" in the useful link section for details.
Normally, we restock the items which were out of stock. But sometimes we close that one/some items for a long time to see the demand of our customers and if demand increase then we will restock them. Otherwise we will close that item/s permanently.
For domestic shipping, we usually send product via Sundorbon Courier/ SA Poribohon/ USB Courier/ Kortoa Courier/ Any other courier refer by customer.
For internationally shipping, we send small quantity order via DHL with Phyto Certificate and Certificate of Origin (CO). And for big quantity order, we send directly via airfreight with necessary documents.
In Bangladesh, any customer can pay us for his/her order via Bkash/Nagad/Rocket account or directly send money to our company's bank accounts. Customer message us the bank deposit slip copy or tell us the last 4 digits of Bkash/Nagad/Rocket number from which he/she sent money for his/her order.
For international customer, there are two options:
a) Pay via Western union/Bkash or any other international money transfer media.
b) Pay directly to our bank account.
International customers are requested to send us email before their final orders and payment.
