Order Policy:
1. Price : All prices are quoted in US$ FOB Narayanganj (excluding freight, handling, packing, cargo agency and documentation costs)
2. Minimum Purchase Order:
– Wholesale order -shipping air freight to destination airport: Minimum order amount USD 1000/shipment.
– Small quantity order -shipping EMS or International Courier: Minimum order amount USD 150/Order or for Seed USD 100/Order
– Tourist order -delivery service to hotel in Dhaka/Other Place in Bangladesh: Minimum order amount USD 100/Order
* Not included freight/ shipping cost and other charges.
3. Freight charge: Basically, Air Cargo charges are based on the actual charges from airline and forwarder. And EMS charges based on Post Office customs rate, duty-tax. Which depends on order quantity and size.
4. Documentations and Handing Charge: For wholesale order,, Transportation, Airport Customs, Freight forwarder etc. costs depends on order. For small orders via EMS, no other costs required.
5. Certificates Charge: Certificate of Origin Charge USD 50, Phytosanitary Certificate USD 40. Phytosanitary Certificate charge will be free for a order above USD 250.
6. Terms of Payment:
1. Advance payment by T/T (SWIFT) remittance to Bank Account (Payments of customers must be paid in advance 100% deposit according to our pro-forma invoice as requested from consignee)
2. Debit/Credit Card Payment. Additional bank Charge 3 % will be added on total amount from International orders.
3. Western Union: Transfer money via Western Union to our local bank account.
7. Packing
– Packing Charge: Free of charge
8. Delivery of Consignment
The shipment will be made within 12-15 days for plants and 7-10 days for seeds upon receiving the payment in advance by Wire Transfer, Debit/Credit Card and Western Union. The shipment date is subject to the availability of flight schedules and availability of some plant species.
9. Guarantee and Claims
– Shipping through Air Freight: There will be no refund or return products for Air Freight as it will take only 24-48 hours to reach your nearest destination Airport. We have experience in packing, so we have confidence the plants will be ok for more days. If it’s found some damaged plants upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours. And approve with cleared pictures/officially documents, then we will compensate 50% replacement of damaged plants on the next order (not cover cost of shipping). If not, we cannot take any responsibility. Import Permit must required for International Buyers.
– Shipping through Registered Air Mail/ Postal EMS: Please check your country’s Plant Quarantine/ Plant Protection Wing’s requirements, restrictions, duties and taxes to import or buy live plants/cutting from another country. There will be no refund if your product is rejected or returned by your Customs or Plant quarantine while inspection (Due to your country’s import or customs laws, not for our faults). Import Permit must required for International Buyers.
10. Important Document Providing
Normally we provide these important documents send along with the shipment:
– Commercial invoice
– Packing list / Packing invoice
– Air waybill / or Bill of loading
– Certificate of origin (If Required)
– A Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Plant Quarantine Wing, Department of Agriculture Extension (DAE), Bangladesh.
Payment Policy:
- After order confirmation by customer through email and getting stock information & Proforma Invoice via email from our side, then customer can send invoiced amount through two ways: a) One is via Western Union/bkash/Other Money Transfer Channel except PayPal (PayPal not available in Bangladesh) which is easier for our customer). If the net amount is lower than $1000, then we prefer Western Union or other money transfer option. And b) Another is through directly bank to bank transfer via T.T. If the net amount more than $1000 then we prefer directly bank to bank transfer.
- We receive 100% amount in advance for any order. After transferring money, customer will send a proven copy of money transfer. And after receiving money, we will send a confirmation email to our customer.
