1. Price: All prices are quoted in US$ FOB. 

2. Minimum Purchase Order:

– Wholesale order -shipping air freight to destination airport: Minimum order amount USD 1000/shipment.
– Small quantity order -shipping EMS or International Courier: Minimum order amount USD 150/Order or for Seed USD 100/Order
– Tourist order -delivery service to hotel in Dhaka/Other Place in Bangladesh: Minimum order amount USD 100/Order

 * Not included freight/ shipping cost and other charges.

3. Shipping Fee Calculation:

  • Air Cargo: Rates are calculated dynamically based on the actual tariffs provided by the airline and freight forwarder.

  • EMS (Express Mail Service): Rates are based on official post office schedules, which include local customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Note: Final shipping costs for both methods depend entirely on the total quantity, weight, and dimensions of your order.

4. Documentation & Logistics:

  • Documentation: All required documentation (excluding Phytosanitary Certificates, Country of Origin) is provided entirely free of charge for all orders.

  • Shipping & Logistics:
    a) Air Freight: Costs for transportation, airport customs clearance, and freight forwarding depend on the order size and destination of your order and will be calculated on your Proforma Invoice.
    b) EMS: For small orders shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service), no additional customs or freight forwarding fees apply. Only EMS charge applicable.

5. Certificates Charge:

  • Phytosanitary Certificate: $40 USD (FREE for all orders over $250 USD)

  • Certificate of Origin: $40 USD (Only issued upon request)

6. Terms of Payment:

a) Bank (Wire) Transfer: Payment must be made in full (100% advance deposit) via T/T (SWIFT) wire transfer to our designated bank account, in accordance with the issued Proforma Invoice. Shipment will be initiated upon receipt of the total invoiced amount.

b) Credit/Debit Card Payments: We accept all major international credit and debit cards. Please note that a 3% international processing fee will be added to the total order amount.

c) Western Union (Direct to Bank): You can transfer payment securely via Western Union directly to our local bank account. Complete bank details will be provided on your Proforma Invoice.

7. Packaging Specifications:

Live Plants & Cuttings:

  • Labeling: Each plant is individually labeled for easy identification.

  • Preparation: Shipped bare-root with roots carefully cleaned.

  • Wrapping: Wrapped securely in dry newspaper to manage moisture during transit.

Seeds:

  • Packaging: Securely packed in airtight Ziploc plastic bags or premium aluminum foil pouches to ensure freshness.

8. Order Processing & Lead Times: Once 100% advance payment is received (via Wire Transfer, Debit/Credit Card, or Western Union), orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within the following timeframes:

  • Live Plants: Shipped within 12–15 business days.

  • Seeds: Shipped within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Final shipment dates are subject to flight schedule availability and the seasonal readiness of certain plant species.

9. Standard Shipping Documentation: Every international shipment includes a complete set of required documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance:

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Air Waybill (AWB) / Bill of Lading / EMS Tracking Receipt

  • Phytosanitary Certificate

  • Certificate of Origin (Provided only if required by the destination country)

10. Claims (Terms & Conditions):

  • Buyer Responsibility: Buyers must check their local Plant Quarantine / Plant Protection regulations, duties, and taxes prior to ordering live plants or cuttings.

  • Documentation: A valid Import Permit is required for international transit. If a buyer cannot obtain an import permit, we will proceed with a Phytosanitary Certificate.

  • Customs Liability & Refunds: We hold no liability for issues arising at the destination country’s customs. If a shipment is rejected, returned, or destroyed during customs inspection due to local import laws, the order is non-refundable.

Order Processing:

  • Step 1: Send your Wishlist via Email, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger. We will check stock and reply with a Proforma Invoice (including shipping and Phyto Certificate costs).

  • Step 2: Review and confirm the invoice.

  • Step 3: Remit 100% advance payment via one of the following methods:

    • Orders under $1,000: Western Union, bKash, or alternative money transfer channels (PayPal is currently unavailable in Bangladesh).

    • Orders over $1,000: Direct bank-to-bank Wire Transfer (T.T.).

  • Step 4: Send us a copy of your payment receipt. We will email you an official order confirmation once the funds hit our account.
