GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Usually our shipping costs depends on plant size, ordered quantity, pack weight and your parcel receiving place. Our Standard Shipping/Delivery charge for plants/bulbs Tk. 150 within any place of Bangladesh. But it can vary if plants size big/small, order single/multiple quantity and if you live in a very remote place.
Usually we send plants through SA Poribohon and Sundorbon Courier if outside of Dhaka. But for Home delivery in Dhaka City and also for outside of Dhaka, we use other several courier services. Usually buyer gets the product within 24-48 hours after sending the plants from the nursery. For corporate or big order, we deliver the plants via pickup/CNG.
Usually we don’t provide any Cash on Delivery [COD] service for plants and gardening tools for our new customers. But for our repeat customers, we provide COD services. So, if anyone want to order plants/etc. from our website, must pay in advance via mobile banking like Bkash/ Rocket/ Nagad or online bank transfer. For buying directly from our website, there only one option for payment is only Bkash. You can buy products and pay directly from our website by using “Bkash payment Gateway”.
Just click ‘Buy Now’ and fill your details for your reference in Checkout section. Then in the end of right corner, check the box ‘bkash Payment Gateway’, check the ‘Terms and Conditions’ then click “Pay With Bkash”. Enter your mobile number, then PIN. All done.
All customers requested to send plant pictures immediately after unpack the box. If any plant damaged/rot in transit due to courier’s fault or late delivery or poor packaging, then we will replace the plant soonest without taking any further charge from our customers. If that plant not in our stock, then we will return their full amount they paid.
Note that, if any customer delays to collect his/her parcel from courier e.g. not receiving the delivery man’s/ Courier Office’s calls or outside of home etc. then delivery man takes extra 1-2 days to deliver the parcel to the same customer address. For this case replacement/return policy not applicable if product damage/rot due to late receiving. Besides, if any customer delay to send damaged/rot plant pictures after 2-3 days of receiving/ don’t send any picture; then also for this case, replacement/return policy not applicable.
However, if our company wrongly send any wrong variety plant instead of ordered variety, then our customer will get the replacement of original variety plant soonest after his/her claim. And it must be within one year of purchase. But customer must submit the proof of his buying from us.
For imported plants/bulbs, we 100% guarantee the variety. But we can’t give any guarantee for flower color and shape as there will be a chance to change the flower color and shape in our different weather.
For International Customers:
Usually our shipping costs depends on customer’s ordered quantity, pack weight and his/her destination place. The customer must pay the Phytosanitary Certificate charge along with the shipping charge. If customer requires Country of Origin Certificate, then also need to pay extra.
As a Bangladeshi Government Registered Exporter, we can send/export plants, bulbs, seeds, gardening tools etc. Worldwide.
Usually we send small order quantity for home gardeners [bare roots and small plants, cuttings, flower bulbs, seeds etc.] worldwide via Dhl/ Fedex or Other Courier services. We provide Phytosanitary Certificate for our plants, bare roots, bulbs and seeds we export. If our customers also ask for Country of Origin Certificate [CO/CvO], we also provide it. Foreign customers specially who want to import plants/flower bulbs/seeds etc. at a large quantity from us, must provide their Import Permit copy.
Foreign customers can pay us via Direct Bank Transfer or Western Union or PayPal. Foreign customers are requested to email us before proceeding any payment. Importers must pay Shipping and Handling charges, Phytosanitary Certificate charge and Country of Origin charge altogether.
As we pack our products such an experienced professional way so that they will remain fresh/protected for a long time. We usually send pictures/videos while packing. But if the parcel lately delivered or any custom problem arise outside of our country, we don’t give any replace or refund.
